Good product. Needed to look up video because instructions weren't much help.

Simple to install solution to the nanny seat belt problem. We use the seat belt where appropriate but it's nice to have an option when doing stop and go work around the ranch without having a seat belt buckled behind your back. Not that I'd advocate such a thing!

The part I received was black instead of the white shown and had a green wire instead of red. (Not that any of that actually matters). The install only took about 15 minutes. The plug is located almost center under a small plastic cover. It’s pretty easy to get to, just hit your bed dump lever and look up near the top of the engine. It’s easy to locate if you trace the wire from the seatbelt receptacle. (See photo)A dummy plug for the seatbelt end would have been nice but since it’s not included I wrapped mine with electrical tape, making sure to seal the end well. Then I took heat shrink and sealed it all off for a nice waterproof seal. (Hopefully)In the photo, the red arrow points to where the plug is mounted on your Pioneer 700. The blue arrow points to the seatbelt end that I covered with tape and heat shrink. There is a tab on the back of the plug you press to remove the entire cable from the frame and then another small tab on the plug itself used to disconnect the two halves. Don’t force it and break it. Once you have the bypass plug installed and the seatbelt end closed off watertight simply zip tie the seatbelt end of the wiring harness to the bypass plug which is now clicked into place on the frame. This will keep it from dangling and getting melted by the engine or caught somewhere it’s not supposed to.My seatbelt light and the speed limiter function are now bypassed and I can wear my seatbelt when I choose, not when Honda chooses. Yay America!

Works Well Decent construction. Used on 2020 model 5 seater 1000Installation tips: DO not tip Bed remove front seat- Take up rubber insulation/ barrier. it is located on the frame rail right under the seatbelt on drivers side, 5 minute install just need tool to remove plugs for rubber and small screwdriver to undo lock on plug.
