I really wanted to like the Honeycomb Alpha Yoke.....but, it arrived with a cable jack that was defective. The cable jack that holds the cable that plugs into the toke to relay the controls to the Alpha is defective. Every time I turn the yoke, the cable pulls out, rendering the unit useless. I contacted the distributor and only received AI responses. Honeycomb's customer service is horrendous. I would suggest going with a different system. I now have to dispute this charge with my credit card company. BUYER BEWARE

Have to experience and use this yoke to see how well made and how good it makes the experience of Sim flight. Far surpasses other companies yokes. Worth every penny. Try it!

I got this yoke & switch as an upgrade to the joystick + keyboard & mouse for FS2020. If you're wondering if it's worth it... IT IS!! The difference is it's so much easier to be immersed in the sim instead of dealing with the keyboard and mouse or joystick.
Best yoke money can buy!!

I absolutely love the Honeycomb yoke. Very smooth precise. Makes flightsiming enjoyable and possible. Coming from CH products, saitek and Logitech. I wish I would have bought the honeycomb yoke first. It truly does beat the the above mention yokes out of the water. I also got the honeycomb bravo throttle and that is really awesome.

Honeycomb es calidad...en mi caso tuve que devolverlo porque este modelo en concreto es más caro y no necesito que sea xpc....Amazon como siempre un na maravilla en el reembolso, entrega y comunicación....no lo pude abrir y ver para poder hacer la devolución,pero el otro que si me sirve que es igual salvando los botones de Xbox...ya os digo que es... increíble producto.

Overall I like the Honeycomb Alpha XPC for several reasons, it has a nice switch panel and plenty of buttons and switches on the yoke,180 degrees of aileron travel, hall sensors and (allegedly) tension bands that will never wear out. However, it has a couple flaws, a very small dead zone in the pitch axis that I could not calibrate out, overly stiff tension in the pitch axis compared to the roll axis, making the control forces feel unbalanced, and limited elevator travel. I would have given it 4 stars still, but at this price with the flaws, which two could be fixed fairly easily, I decided to give it 3 stars.

I don't usually leave reviews as I see other people do better jobs at reviewing items, but I felt this one deserved my time and words. Anyway the yoke is a very good peripheral at the price point, let me say I tried the Turtle Beach and Thrustmaster yokes and ended up liking this one more. My issue with those other yokes was the center detent that plagues yokes at this price points, I had almost given up on finding a yoke below $1k that could be flyable for me, but the honeycomb alpha xpc does the job, a little strong on the pitch axis with the resistance but you get used to it in a couple of flights. The hall effect sensors have good resolution and at least for me are free of the noise that plagues potentiometers of lower resolutions. I did not see anywhere mentioned that the “key switch” on the yoke IS spring loaded on the xpc model so it returns to “both” when you start the engine. Overall the yoke feels nice and sturdy and I can fly the sim really well, close to the real thing in terms of fine control during the flare in a landing. Additionally it has the trim switches and other misc buttons on the handles and the switches on the face all of which work very well and feel of the appropriate quality. I can honestly recommend it if your looking for a yoke under $500.

The new sensors and spring loaded is just awesome. I hesitated before purchasing, but when I tried it…. Wow what a nice upgrade of feeling. Good thing to know is that it doesn’t require to reprogram the sim(I don’t know if I use the XPC Hub to connect to my pc will require reprogramming… It’s in transit and will update my review after receiving it and trying it). Just swap it (even kept my hold plate as is. I give it a 5 stars easily…Comment about the seller that sells really quick, but deserves a one star for communicating…. Since he never replied to my questions
