I only wish the temperature scale were bigger so temperature could be set more precisely. We use it to control a natural gas fireplace. It replaces a similar model that was originally installed, but whose contacts wore out.

Bought it for a gas wall heater in an older home. It took less than 5 minutes to install. Having never installed one, I found it very easy. I immediately noticed a reduction in heating costs in the 1st month. I'd recommend this heat-only thermostat.

Easy to hook up for my propane fireplace I had purchased another brand before that was a nightmare to hook the 2 wires too and eventually failed to work this honeywell is simple and has been working fine for a long time
