was going to buy a bigger desk for more space, opted for this instead and I'm glad I did. This shelf really elevates my desk and makes my work space so much more organized. Assembly was easy, and the shelf looks just like the picture. The only thing that isn't the best is the led light, which is just a sticky strip you can attach to the outlet. the adhesive is poor, but I don't think this detail is enough for me to knock off a star. measure your desk to see if the shelf will fit, and if it can, get it!

This bookshelf was really high quality. I'd have to say that it took so e time and effort to get it together but it was well worth it. The quality of the material was top notch along with the step by step instructions being easy to read, easily understood and it's a great new addition to my desk area .

Other than the typical ridiculously oversized Amazon box it came in (really, it would have been just fine in the manufacture's box), this is a decent product. All the parts are clearly labeled and the instructions were simple to follow through mostly images (a bit like Ikea). There was even a few extra screws/fasteners included in case you lose one. An Allen wrench is included but, I used my own driver since it's a lot easier on the hand and faster. It's great that they included the wrench for those of you that don't have a tool handy but it might take a little longer to assemble. Don't let this dissuade you. Overall, it's easy to assemble regardless of which wrench you use. One somewhat odd detail is the round stickers they include for covering the screw holes. They stick just fine and are not really noticed from a distance but, I would have like to have had inserts that could be easily removed in case you need to disassemble. The electrical outlet is a nice touch although I would have liked to seen a flatter, low profile receptacle/plug. That's a small detail that doesn't change my mind about the product as a whole.
