These have exceeded my expectations. I bought two to stack and was pleasantly surprised that the back was not the usual flimsy particle board. It’s still thinner thank a regular board but definitely stronger. Very easy assembly and so happy with how they look!

I purchased this for my dogs' toys. Very easy to assemble and more sturdy than i thought it would be. It's the perfect height for my dogs to reach in and grab a toy, and it looks better than a bunch of baskets laying around. Plus, I can stack their blankets on top.

These work great for organizing kids toys. We bought two and stacked them, and they work better than I imagined. The color of the shelves looks nice out in the living room and doesn't make the room look cluttered. It was very easy to assemble and the pieces are nice and sturdy. Our daughter can still reach inside to grab what she wants. Very happy with this purchase!

Great for littles that still want to reach their toy at the bottom. Easy to put together and looks good in our living room.

I didn't expect this to be a great find, but it was exactly what I needed for additional storage in our living room that can switch from children's toys to adult storage space once we graduate away from toys in the living room. It is typical self assemble quality (IKEA type) furniture. I am pleased with the quality although it is really just mediocre. It was what I expected and went together easily. Color was as expected. I was disapointed by the back side piece that the edges were not stained to blend and match the rest of the piece, that doesn't make sense. It also did not come with any screw covers to hide the screws/holes in the sides, I am used to most of this type of furniture having that, but the quality and sturdiness of the cubby is good enough and works for what I needed.

If you are buying it for toy storage, be aware that the corners where 2 or 3 sheets of the laminate surface come together are very sharp. There is probably some variability in the machining quality, but I can only speak to the 2 units that I ordered. The machining of the holes was hand done with a dull router, so the MDF is chipped out and the cam bolts thread in crooked. If you try to straighten them the MDF blows out and the whole unit is toast. The cam lock nuts (one of the main pieces of assembly hardware) are cheap and fragile. The should be steel, but they some cheaper white metal alloy. They have the feel of plastic as they bend and tear. WHen the weak lock nuts meet the crooked bolts, the lock nuts crumble when you try to turn them. Even when you know it might break, you have to try to tighten it, and about half the time it breaks. When the assembly starts to fall apart you are sitting there trying to figure out whether you should attempt to reconstruct the 3D puzzle of styrofoam and MDF for return, or take on the immensely satisfying task of packing all the huge jagged pieces into a trash bag. I chose that latter. The trick is to not order it in the first place.
