I prepped the hood with alcohol just before installation. 2 weeks after installation it flew off when on the highway. The 3m tape is low quality. I don’t recommend this product.

No me gustó que viniera enrollado me parece un grave error de logística ya que dificulta la instalación para pegar bien las esquinas, el material solo duraria un par de meses por lo que su precio está muy elevado considerando la calidad yo pagaría por algo así 400 pesos.La calidad del material está muy por debajo de las expectativas y no me parece un precio justo.Las calificaciones del producto apuntan a sacarlo del mercado o mejorar el precio y la calidad para ser más práctico de instalar y que no venga enrollado.

The protectornitself seems fine, buts its just cheap double sided tape to hold it on. Cleaned my car and followed the instructions to apply it. Within 2 days I had to pull over on the side of the road as it started peeling off and flapping all over my hood on the interstate. Pretty dangerous and dumb design.

Product did not adhere as instructed by company. In one day the ends were pulling up like the middle. I contacted company who offered $5 for my trouble and told me to go out and purchase more tape. $12.99. I opted to pull it right off with no damage to my vehicle, roll it up and return for them to add tape and keep it. Won't go further on offer to keep and additional compensation. I prefer a product that works as purchased.

As another review pointed out, this comes rolled in a tiny box. I had to unroll it and re-roll it in the other direction to flatten it out, but afterward it didn't have any curl left in it. I was dubious about it conforming well to the contours, but it went on pretty easily. It would have been easier to apply if it was more rigidly contoured. I will update this review if the tape releases or I notice any future issues, but for the moment it looks good and went on pretty well.

Tiene 4 semanas instalado y el sol ya se comió el color, y la camioneta no la uso diario ni se deja al sol expuesto durante el día y aún así el plástico ya perdió su color y se ve opaco gris cenizo
