I love this Hoover Porta-Power vacuum! We were given one just after we were married 36 years ago and it gave out last week. Thirty-six years!!! We put that vacuum through the paces, everything from cleaning the cars, vacuuming the blinds, cleaning up messes. You name it! When it finally quit, I looked to see if I could find a replacement. To my surprise, Hoover still makes that model. While I’m not surprised they kept a great model, I jumped at the chance to have another Porta-Power! I’m sure this one will outlive me.

This is a great vac. We call it the mini vac. When I was cleaning for a company these were the ones they used and once I started my own business I went with these. I now use them for commercial cleans instead of residential.The only con about this vacuum is that the suction is 100% but more so on the 80% side. Another con is that the suction is great for floors. I've used it for a full year now and I would absolutely purchase again. It does the job.

Easy to use and carry about. We use it for the 5th wheel. It makes vacuuming small areas easy to get to.Glad we purchased it. It was a good value.

This product makes my portapower SO much more convenient to carry and easy to use. Honestly upset that I didn't get it with my vacuum and that I had to use it without! The shoulder & waist straps are amazing and durable. The pocket carries all attachments and more! Amazing product!!!

I used this vacuum at work as a house cleaner. It's extremely handy for vacuuming stairs, hard floors and even vehicles. I love my mini-vac! And I couldn't imagine using it without having this bag add-on!! It holds all your tools for quick and easy access as you clean. It has an extra support strap to go around your stomach area to give more relief to your back. If you own a mini Hoover vac... buy this right now because you're missing out!!

I haven’t fooled around with this much yet. I don’t think it’s what I was expecting, although I am not saying that negatively. I thought I was purchasing a bag to store the vacuum and attachments together, since there isn’t a way to to attach the different items and hoses on the unit. I was looking for a kind of organizer I guess. Again, I need to play around with it, and will update my review.

If you've bought or are about to buy the portapower, buy this also. Seriously, just do it. Makes a HUGE difference in ease of operation as you're not holding the unit in one hand while holding the wand/hose attachment end with the other or using the comparably weak-ass thin strap that it comes with which is better than nothing. However it is only when you've used the Hoover CH01005 PortaPACK that one gest the scale of how much better than nothing it is. With the portaPACK's clever open-ended design you can sling your portapower over either shoulder and have the web pouch that holds ALL the attachment end pieces on the opposite side. bear in mind that by "all" I don't mean the extension tubes and hose as well as the end attachments, but when it comes to storing your portapower one quickly understands the additional benefit of having a portaPACK. The portaPACK secures around your waist with another ample piece of 2" nylon web strap which is adjustable from size 2 to fat ass and clasps shut with a fastex buckle. Literally can't complain about the portaPACK, and can't insist enough that it will help you like using your portapower even more.
