Happy birthday bag comes with blank card and tissue paper. Bag is durable and quality is comparable to most gift bags sold at stores. The design is bright and fun. The bag is durable and not too thick. The handles are strong. The value is great because you get a card and tissue paper all in one.

This birthday them part bag has everything you need to give your present with the least amount of effort to have it look presentable. Great quality and it does fit a women's shoe size (12 x 4 inches). This might be the kind of bag that you will use with anyone and will look really nice.

I was definitely impressed with this bag set. I needed to get a birthday bag somewhat last minute, so I snatched this one up figuring it would work in a pinch. I was extremely pleased with the nice sturdy bag. I was expecting something similar the bags at a dollar store. It came with a card and some tissue, leading me to think I should have a couple of these bags on hand for last minute gifts. Great deal for the price and quality of the set.
