The amplification works well. The mute and mono function is nice and it provides plenty of volume for my headphones. However, it adds a lot of noise to the audio. This may be do to my setup however I did try with different devices, aux cables and power supplies and they all had noisy audio.

I got this little headphone mixer for when I do podcasts in person. I have my main microphone mixer running a cable out to this headphone one here and then everyone can have their own headphone audio control to monitor in. Perfect! The design is simple and to the point. Just a nice volume knob for each input, along with a mute and stereo button. And the mute has an extreme red light to say it's off. Very helpful.I also like how there is both a 1/8 cable jack (headphone size) and a 1/4 jack (guitar cable size) on every one of the input and output ports. So I never have to worry about finding size convertors for anything. The build design is solid, metal, and everything feels sturdy for long term use. The audio quality comes out excellent on the headphones as well as if I need to use this ever for speaker monitoring or an audio recording out. This just does the job right when needing multiple headphone monitoring.
