I collect and service vintage analog open reel tape decks. I use this cable to connect professional tape decks (with balanced XLR connectors) to my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface (which has balanced TRS jacks). Works beautifully! These are very nice, high-quality cables that don't break the bank.

The connectors on these cables just feel sturdy, and well designed. The XLR connectors connect smoothly and aren't stiff at all. Every Hosa product I've purchased has served me well, and these are no exception.

I switched from using normal 1/4" instrument cables for speaker cables to these balanced interconnect cables for my studio monitors and all continuous noise coming from my studio monitors was COMPLETELY eliminated. The build quality of this cable is superb by the way. Previous Hosa cables I have purchased I was not overly satisfied with, but these cables are built very well and I'm so surprised that my noise issue was completely eliminated. I also greatly enjoy that Hosa offers so many cable lengths, so that cable management is much easier for my studio. Overall, 5 stars, and I highly recommend this! I bought a 3 foot cable and 5 foot for my studio.

Hosa makes extremely high quality cables for speakers, instrument and everything in between. Noticeable difference in the quality of the signal, super quiet with my JBL 305Ps. I recommend any cable by Hosa.

I use these for my studio monitors. Since they are balanced and shielded I get no noise, hum or any static. Name brand cables much cheaper than other music retailers.

These cables are great. Nice flexable yet solid durable material. Once uncoiled it doesn't seems to stay kinked up or distorted from staying wrapping up. Would buy again.
