As a soccer coach in BC, where outdoor training is a must even in the coldest months, these hand and foot warmers have been a game-changer. They keep my hands and feet warm for up to 8 hours, providing much-needed relief during long practices. Even if they get wet, they lose some heat, but once dry, they heat right back up again. Sometimes they get a little too hot, but that’s easily manageable. I always make sure to keep a good stock of these, as they’re a must-have for any outdoor activity. Highly recommended!

I live in the northeast with temperatures dipping into negative numbers. I will use these in my mittens when it gets to the teens and below. I walk about four miles a day. I'll open a pack about half hour before I set off to let them warm up. These will stay toasty warm much longer than the hour plus of my walk. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought these to use in February at Yellowknife, and they really helped. We stuffed one in each pocket of the sweatshirt we wore under our coats, and I even stuffed them into the toes of my boots. On the coldest night (-35C) I also put a couple in my bag where I have some electronics to hopefully save the batteries, and also in my jacket pocket where I had my phone. My dad also put one in his camera bag (insulated with a handkerchief) to keep his spare batteries usable.They stayed warm for as long as advertised, which was more than long enough for our aurora hunting expeditions where we stood outside for 5ish hours straight each night. I was worried at first about how they need oxygen to stay warm so I'd have to take them out of my sweater and shoes to make them warm back up, but thankfully there was no need. I guess my body's natural movement allowed enough air flow to reach them?Word of advice (because I sure didn't realize), check your airline's powder allowances before flying with these! I had both bags in my carry-on, and the security people wanted me to throw one bag away to meet their requirements. I asked to split them with my mom, which they did allow but that meant we both had to redo security which was a pain.

Great product! Used them playing golf in late fall with the temperature around 50 degrees. Put them in my pocket, kept my hands and golf balls warm for the entire round. They actually lasted for 6+ hours.Will definitely buy again.
