Computer looked new. After setup I discovered 2 keys did not work. I’m returning and buying a similar HP brand new from Costco for a similar price.

De las mejores compras realizadas en este año, solo un pequeño detalle pero es prácticamente imperceptible.En cuanto a funcionamiento parece que la temperatura es un poco elevada pero está funcionando Perfecto.Hasta el momento sin problemas con teclado iluminado, detector de huella, me siento satisfecho hasta el momento con la compra.

Aunque en la descripcion decia excelente condicion esta llego con una abolladura visible en la parte superior ademas de que en la parte superior de la pantalla venia como un golpe que dejaba una imperfeccion lisa, lo que mas me preocupo es que al momento de encenderla esta marcaba un error hacerca de que el sistema operativo no funcionaba correctamente asi que tuve que reinstalarlo, actualmente muestra un problema de red lo cual hace que se desconecte de las redes wifi y hay que abrir el solucionador de problemas aun que es reacondicionada si esperaba un poco mejor esteticamente la laptop al ser 2023 pero por el precio en la que la he visto y las funcionea que trae como la pantalla 360 lector de huellas y teclado retroiluminado sigue valiendo la pena adquirir el producto en lo personal como ingeniero en sistemas me resulta muy util para la programacion gracias a su procesador aunque no es el mas top aunque sea ryzen 7 5700U es muy bueno para el multi tasking y muchos juegos de categoria media Alta.

Es una laptop genial, a la vista prácticamente está nuevecita, ni un solo rayón. Si es la hp envi 360. Funciona de maravilla, la uso para trabajar de forma remota y jugar videojuegos

Not sure if I got a dud or not. The laptop was in great condition but even after I installed all the updates it was still running the fan a lot when I did anything. I tried playing Overwatch which I have run very successfully on a Ryzen 7 mini PC but performance was terrible on this. I am going to still with my mini-PC.The keyboard is a little hard to type on because of the layout, I would have preferred they had a normal layout and put the speakers on either side like older models I have seen. I kept mis-typing.The build was pretty solid, screen looked good I just couldn't get over the really sluggish performance which was not expected.

Aunque llego con dos días de retraso, el producto es lo descrito en la descripción, como nuevo y sin rayones, el software es el descrito, aparece que trabaja con 1,8ghz espero tenga la capacidad de los 4,3ghz de la descripción. Yo trabajo con sistemas de información geográfica y aplicaciones de producción musical, amplificadores digitales (touch), y las capacidades que tiene esta compu son las que me parecieron las apropiadas ello además por ese gran precio es óptimo.

Super clean and not one dent. The battery was only 9% used up, and all functions work perfectly. I do plan to upgrade to 32gb ram and 1tb nvme. My fire time buying refurbished and came out great
