This little kit is fine except for not having the tool needed to change the transfer roller. I did not return it since the listing for the kit does not say that it does. All the other versions of this kit I have seen included the tool and I just assumed this one did as well. Read the listings carefully.

The HP 4000 may not be fast, but it is reliable. Mine has 1.6 million pages on it since 1998. I wanted to do some PM on it and bought this kit. Replaced what I needed to and the printer is happy once again. They don't built printers like this one no more.

Was able to use this to restore my HP 4050 printer to great working condition, after fighting with paper jams and other paper related issues. Works like a champ now! And great price also!

More rollers than I needed and very simple, clear instructions. Took less than ten minutes to replace the rollers on my 4000tn. Was getting constant paper jams. No more! Runs like a new printer. Well worth the money, and saving me from frustration and wasted.paper.

Roller replacements worked well and fixed the problem mostly. Unfortunately I did have to order another kit that had the rubber pickup pad from the bypass tray to fix all my problems.

We were having problems with printing for our old HP laser jet - kept getting error messages about paper jams.We replaced the rollers in two trays. Directions were clear and easy to follow.(Sorry but I wasn't the one who used the screw driver.)Two months later and no more error messages. The printer works great.

Product was shipped on time and fast. The kit had more rollers than needed for the repair. ( just the printer) The additional rollers were for tray 3 and 4. Instructions were perfect! Did not have to second guess anything.
