This is replacing the same kit that died after 4 months! With only a 3 month warranty! Not what I expect from HP

The box does not have "HP" on it anywhere other than the part number sticker. The part number sticker shows "-BULK", so I thought perhaps that was why. Inside was another box containing the fuser. The paper tape for that box was cut, and regular shipping tape covered over it. The outer package only had a single layer of tape. Further, there was "air bags" (I like to call them) along side the fuser box. We have 18 of the M607 printers, so I've bought many maintenance kits, NONE have ever had bubble/airbag/popcorn, etc. The gear on the transfer roller was not proper connected, but I was able to fix that. Then, upon installing the fuser, a very strong burning smell now emanates from the printer.If this is genuine HP, their QA has taken a very sharp decline.

Received product on 7/9/21 not as the USPS posted 7/2/21. When I asked the Postman (on 7/7/21) he told me it was delivered to the office 7/2/21. He stated put a claim though on 7/8/21 he check at the post office nothing was there. Then on 7/9/21 it was delivered. Printer is all set up working fine. No problem with the seller...Mary

Both maintenance kits are failing after 10% of use. They are not in HP boxes and are not genuine HP product. There is a streak 2" from the left and shadowing of the image on the paper. HP was out of stock for a long time which is the only reason I bought here. Expensive mistake. The photos are two different units that failed the same way. Notice that the line is in the exact same spot on both.

As we changed the fuser we got 50.7F.00 Fuser error. Probably bad luck. It didn't arrive in a HP box.

This "Kit" does not include the Rollers as pictured. The only thing in the box (not HP branded as pictured) is the Maintenance Module as pictured in this review. Disappointed in this purchase, as now I have to try to find JUST the rollers.
