This deep well pump was exactly like the description & picture provided online. It was shipped promptly & received 2 days ahead of the arrival date originally given which was greatly appreciated. Our only complaint was the wrong owners manual was included. The ordered product is a 1/2 HP deep well pump, however the owner's manual that was included in the box is for a different shallow well pump. Unfortunately by the time this discrepancy was discovered it was the weekend & the seller was unable to be reached to obtain the correct manual.

This is the third pump I have installed in just over 20 years at my house. The first 2 I got locally at big box stores. They only lasted about 7 - 10 years each. I found this on amazon for about the same price I paid as the lower quality brands. Only time will tell if it really is better but it certainly is much quieter. I can barely hear it running and it is in the basement at the bottom of the stairs. My chlorine feeder pump makes more noise. I do my own installations for most everything and this was easy, almost a direct replacement of my old pump.

I had a problem with the delivery on time, but I finally got it. I was in no rush for it, though. This is the first time I have ever had a delivery problem through Amazon. The product is as great as I knew it would be, as I am very familiar with this brand of pump.
