During the first day of spring turkey season, the plastic clip snapped and broke while I was sitting on the seat out in the field, using the product as directed within its normal limitations (see photos). However, the manufacturer replaced the product for free after I applied for a warrantee claim on their website. Their customer service was swift and professional. Aside from the clip snapping, the seat is lightweight and comfortable, providing cushioning and back support out in the field.

Bought this for my hunting blind. I made a wood seat that was uncomfortable after about an hour. I bought this and it is comfy enough for 1/2 day sits.
