Worked perfectly on my Hurst 4 speed pistol grip shifter. Just make sure to crimp a good 6" of wire onto the connector before installing into the shifter as it's just a tiny little switch. Wiring is simple as can be, +12v in to the top and loops out the bottom into your backup light wiring

I put it in put the shifter in reverse, and adjusted it until the backup camera came on and bam I was done!
