This pasta maker is hard to use for one person. If you make spaghetti you need two people, one to turn the handle and one to catch and hang the pastas.

I attempted to make fettucini this morning for my birthday and when I opened the pasta machine box to assemble there are dents and scratches all over it. It is marketed as stainless steel but is clearly made out cheap re-used tin with very sharp edges. I took the "new" plastic off and there was grease underneath. I was able to roll only one piece of dough through the thicker noodle cutter before the pasta maker broke.

When I received this package it was incomplete. The rack that was advertised to dry the noodles was not included in the package. I am not sure if whoever returned this before took it and just returned the rest or what happened. These packages that were sold before need to be opened up and checked for missing pieces. I was very disappointed.

This really has everything you need to start making your own homemade pasta! Love the different settings so you can make different styles of pasta and very easy to use. Easy to clean (I handwash immediately), and I recommend it! The instructions are great and there are recipes, too!

My husband was recently diagnosed with hypertension, so we're doing everything we can to switch our diet around to reverse that problem. We don't eat a lot of pasta, but when we do, we have noticed that store-bough pasta has ingredients that are truly unnecessary. So we thought we'd have a go at making it ourselves. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as it looks...at all. And this thing was a pain to clean. However, we're going to keep trying until we get it right.

Recieved day after ordering- the products were stuffed into a box- tools in the bag were opened. Pasta maker inside box- inner box damaged with evident prior opening. Rollers had fingerprints on them, and what I'm assuming as bits of semolina flour already on it. A good clean is required, as with all new things- but this item has most definetly been used already.
