Zoom HB-875E Hydraulic Brake is an upgrade kit for the mechanical disc brake system.
Two-way braking, pushing the cylinder piston to brake the disc at the same time, is more durable than ordinary one-way braking and eliminates the safety hazards caused by wheel locking and deformation.

Note: Do not remove the "Red piston block" when installation, otherwise it will cause oil leakage or scrap the oil hydraulic disc.
High-quality material: CNC aluminum alloy body, three-finger brake lever, integrated oil cylinder system. The handlebar diameter is 22 mm / 0.87 in. The rear caliper hose and control lever are separated for easy internal routing.
This brake system comes with a brake automatic power-off sensor and is compatible with 2-pin connectors. When you brake, the power output is automatically cut off, ensuring quick and efficient braking.
Compatible with 160/180mm rotors, IS/PM universal mount adapter (only for e-bike models with calipers mounted on the left side)
When purchasing, please pay attention to whether the length of the hose matches your electric bicycle. The hose has been pre-coated with mineral oil and can be used directly without oiling.

I got these to replace my brake lever that was damaged in a crash. These will do perfectly. The caliper and brake lever feel very sturdy. The brakes work well, after a bit of adjustment. E bike motor cutoff sensor works how you expect. Mine is plugged into a Bafang BBSHD ebike controller which uses the standard 2 pin jack. So it works out of the box.All in all this is good piece of kit

I've been working on bikes most of my life, and consider myself fairly proficient. I've done brake system upgrades (and innumerable others) before, and have all the tools and skills necessary...generally speaking. Until I get into something BRAND new to me, and then I might need just a bit of guidance.I have never installed full hydraulic brakes before. The closest I've come is installing hybrid brakes on my mountain bike, which were hydraulic-piston calipers but cable-actuated, so there was nothing "fancy" regarding installation.These came with absolutely no instructions. I mean, not so much as a "thank you for purchasing" sheet. So I'm looking at this, and I literally don't know where the hydraulic line goes, how you fill it with fluid, what kind of fluid, what the procedure is...nothing. I'm a total hydraulic brake virgin. And there is no guidance provided.So, before I can even think about putting this on my bike, I have to go online (probably to youtube or something) and I have to do some research. "Installing hydraulic disk brakes on your bike for beginners" is probably where I'll start. I'm sure eventually I'll get it figured out, but...if there was an instruction manual, I could just...I dunno...follow the manual. Oh well.I do have to say, the build quality is really good on this, and the feel of the piston when I actuate the brake lever is really smooth. It also looks pretty snazzy, but of course if black and red is in your bike's motif already, this will compliment even better.I very much recommend this kit, but not really for newbies that have never done hydraulic brakes before, unless you're ready for your installation to also be a research project. If you're ready to learn the craft "on the fly", so to speak, then by all means go for it. But if you're new to this or mechanically limited in any way, you may want to look for something that comes with a manual.4 stars, but would be 5 with a comprehensive manual and maybe some information.

Only negatives were power shut off cable was a little short and lack of instructions.
