If you have never used hydraulic brakes on a bike, then you really don't know what you're missing. The input effort is minimal and the stopping power is awesome. This is the third kit I have installed and it is pretty good. The lines are pre-charged with fluid and have a screw in the end to keep the fluid from leaking out. A nice change over the kits that are completely connected to the brake levers (you lose a lot of fluid with those). There are also one set of olives included for final assembly. A few extras would have been nice though and would only have cost fractions of a cent to include. You really need to pick up a bleed kit for finishing these and a barb installation tool is handy if you have to cut the lines. Those two extras aren't much money and you will use them again in the future. Just pick them up now with this kit. You'll thank me later. This is easily installed if you are mechanically inclined and really isn't too bad even if you are not. You might want to watch a few videos online ahead of kit arrival to see what you're in for. This kit is definitely worth the money and the few hours time it takes to install!
