Gasket leaked like a sieve. Had to buy the 2-3/8 o.d. one, which cost about $8 on Amazon. They sell them at Lowes, but that would be a 60 mile drive each way for me. Other than the gasket, the popup looks and works just fine. The black color looks great and chrome drain is very bright and shiny.

I've only once replaced a sink drain, and it's pretty straight forward. Once I freed the rusted parts from my old sink - the rest was quite easy. This just pops into place - and the rubber seal was perfect. Does what I needed it to do - and I saved a few hundred by doing it myself.

This was so easy to install. I purchased an expensive brass model but it was too hard to get it to tighten up. This worked perfect!
