I bought two differentials one of them is nice and smooth and the other one the gears are junk they don't mesh right and the gears are rough not smooth like the other one. I've been in this hobby for a very long time and I know if I install it it's going to break very soon after. I thought paying $25 for a differential it would be decent but it's junk. At least I got one good one.

The steel part is the gear only. The rest is plastic and that's what broke the first time.

Idk how I'm the first to make a review on this / first to maybe even explode a diff in the hypergo h14bm. If you have an h14bm this is the correct diff. You see the drive pinions are for the new model not the old model. Diff comes pre greased although I recommend using some for the spir gear. It will make less noise and be more solid. CLEAN OUT OLD GREASE!!!

This would be my 3rd and they don't last for the money? They are very fast with the 3s battery
