The battery doesn’t charge and I’ve owned this for less than 5 months. It’s a premium price but my unit is defective and perhaps represents a larger quality issue. I’m 2 months passed the return window so I guess out of luck

I bought this a year ago after a relative who coaches athletes said it is regularly used by his young men. It has been a very good remedy for an old neck injury. I use the iPhone app that shows routines, but I also use the Hyperice for my recurrent problems. The guided routines are really good.

Had knee replacement surgery and this was used by my PT. I decided to buy my own as I wanted to be able to continue treatment on my own to break up scar tissue and help with stimulating fatigued/ atrophied muscle. Professional grade and holds a charge very well. I purchased it during AMAZON Prime day, so the price was right… definitely worth the investment

My daughter who is in a dance BFA program uses this massage gun regularly. It had held up well and is much more effective than the smaller/cheaper models.

90w motor is very strong. Will really get in there and leave you sore next day if you’re not careful. Has a removable battery, but it’s very pretty overall. Would probably recommend the regular over the pro for an average individual.

Tres facile d utilisationTres efficace pour les contractures musculaires et pour oxygener les musclesCe produit se destine surtout pour les athlètes vu le niveau de percussion de la tête.Mais trop fragile. L 'interrupteur on off a cassé 15 mois apres l'achat.Vu le prix, autant acheté le meme produit a 50 euros certes mois efficace avec moins de percusion et d'intensité mais cela sera plus rentable

I normally don't bother leaving reviews for items I purchase on Amazon however I felt compelled to review this device. A few months ago I had an accident which led to severe lower back pain. I am now seeing a chiropractor regularly but the first time my chiropractor used a good massage gun on me was an experience of relief I will never forget. My chiropractor had the Hypervolt Pro but when I started shopping for one for myself I noticed this 2 Pro model had just made its debut in the market.I have had this device for almost 2 months and use it a few times a week (used to be multiple times daily at beginning of injury). The device has proved to be solid in terms of consistency and reliability. The device has also proven to have good heat management as I have used it for extended periods of time without it getting hot. I have only used 2 attachments but I like how many options the other attachments provide. The battery does last quite a good while and it doesn't take too long to fully charge. I really like the light on the bottom of the unit that changes between green, yellow, orange, and red to let you know the battery level. The 5 levels of adjustability are nice but I have found myself to only use the first 2 so far.Overall this is a well built device that has already proven its value with the amount of relief it has provided. I highly recommend this product to those who are looking for a good massage gun. The market is very varied on this and this device is on the higher end of pricing but worth every penny.

For background, I'm a first-time owner with a lean/athletic build, and who works out daily. I wanted a percussive massage gun to help relieve soreness in my legs after running long distances, and to help relax my upper back and shoulders, which is where I happen to carry tension and stress.I did far more research than I'd like to admit, and learned what matters most is the massage gun's amplitude. This measures how far the gun's head will travel, and determines how hard/deep it will hit you. The amplitude stays the same no matter what speed the gun is operating on, so the force it hits you with will not be more gentle on lower speeds. The speed only determines how many times it will hit you with this force! The Theragun Elite's amplitude is rated at 16mm, and despite feeling okay on my legs, this amount of force was far too punishing everywhere else on my body. It didn't relieve tension in my back and if anything, it had the opposite effect and made it feel worse. This was while using the "dampener" head, which was the least aggressive of the attachments! I didn't dare try the others, and despite the gorgeous design and wonderful case, it was quickly returned. The Hypervolt 2's amplitude is rated at 12mm, and I found this to be too weak: it was more of a vibration effect instead of the percussive massage I was looking for.Enter the Hypervolt 2 Pro, with an amplitude right in between at 14mm! This device proved to be the perfect percussive massage experience I was looking for. I can effectively use the Pro on my legs, confidently applying pressure to relieve pain as desired, while also using the softer cushion attachment to eliminate a full workday's worth of tension and stress from my back in just minutes. Changing speeds by turning the dial could not be easier, and I appreciated the extra size/weight of this gun compared to the Hypervolt 2 because it helped me keep it steady.Your mileage will absolutely vary and the best thing to do is just get your hands on one and determine if it feels right for you. But from my personal experience, the Hypervolt 2 Pro is far more approachable for the average user than the Theragun Elite, while also being far more effective than the Hypervolt 2.Unfortunately I must take off a star for Hyperice not even having a case that fits the 2 Pro available to purchase as of writing this, let alone including one. Their cases fit all other Hypervolt models, but the Pro's larger size prevents it from being stored which is a bummer. But as for the gun itself, the Hypervolt 2 Pro is exactly what I was looking for and it is something I look forward to using regularly!
