I bought for an owl lover friend. The cup was quality and the pic better than the pic, which was wonderful. My only negative is it should include a metal straw (which I bought elsewhere)

Tumbler most definitely does not hold 20oz. More like 16oz if you want to use the lid. Arrived timely, however there is a dent in the bottom of the tumbler. No visible damage to either the inner or outer packaging. Conclusion: item was damaged prior to shipping. While the dent does not affect use of the tumbler, it is very disappointing that it would be shipped out with this damage.

Overpriced and not American sourced. Tried to cancel within 48 hours and they will not accept the cancellation. Taking weeks to ship and I didn't see the shipping charge was astronomical.
