Your cart is empty. IAB103V10-2U provides a simple, low cost solution to enable you to extend your cabinet’s vertical mounting rails inward or outward for your rack equipment. IAB103 is a U shaped extension bracket design for a standard 19” or 23” rack cabinet. It allows you to extend a section of the cabinet mounting rails to accommodate your rack equipment.
IAB103V10-2U is ideal for situation when your rackmount equipment cannot reach rear vertical mounting rails. If you cannot readjust your rear vertical mounting rails, IAB103 gives you additional 3” extension you need to properly installing your rackmount equipment.
By installing IAB at front, it pushes your rackmount equipment outward by 3”. This setup is ideal for mounting LCD monitor or rack equipment which has wider front facing panel. You can also use it as a way to create 3” gap behind Filler panel for cable accessing.

I bought to inset my cable organizer and patch panel so nothing protrudes past the front of the cage, but this doesn't work for that. The extender is heavy metal and the kind of quality I would expect for the price. They shipped USPS priority which cost $15 for a $27 item; UPS ground or USPS ground would make more sense as the default. They did accept a return which costs me $5, so my net return is $22 of a $42 purchase :-| Downgraded from 4 stars because shipping was over 1/3 of the cost. Next time I'll get something through Prime.

These extenders work OK but don't expect to get all of the nuts and screws. Whoever is packing and/or checking these items needs to learn how to count.

These are good for installing network devices offset into the cage for more cable clearance. The brackets are thick, and the holes are accurate. The problem is that they are way too shallow, and don't have enough clearance for a lot of normal mounting flanges. So only half of my hardware could be bolted in.
