Only one pair, and not made very well. Very cheap thin fabric and the stitching looks like it would rip out easily.

Way too large. Ordered a twelve month and it would fit a three year old. Also, the ad is misleading in that it pictures two pairs of bloomers. You only get one pair of bloomers that will be way too large if you order according to the size your child is.

These are really cute to wear under dresses but they run extremely large! I purchased one of each of these sizes based off of other reviews - 6m, 12m, 18m, 24m. The 6m fits my 2 yr old who wears 18m or 24m clothes. The 12m fits my 3.5 yr old who wears 3t. The 24m looks like it could have fit me. Hope this helps with sizing. :)

As the other reviews have stated, it is a larger fitting piece..even by diaper cover standards. I went one size down (my daughter will be 2 when she wears it this summer and I ordered 18 months) but it would have still probably fit her just fine if I had gone down two sizes. Other than that, it is really cute and made well!

I bought the medium 9-12 month when my daughter was 10 months old, and even using cloth diapers, there was plenty of room to spare. I knew to expect it too be large based on the other reviews. She can still wear the 9-12 month size even now at 21 months in a cloth diaper! Definitely size down definitely 1, maybe 2 sizes if you don't want it to be very fluffy, ESPECIALLY if you use disposable diapers. Even in cloth diapers, sizing down would have worked (so she could have worn the small 3-6 month at 10 months old), and now at 21 months, as I said above, the 9-12 month size works.
