This is a nice crystal, however, it splinters all over the place, it is not of optical quality as I had purchased it to use it as a nautical navigation sun stone as the Vikings did.Guess I’ll use it as a healing crystal.

Calcite arrived just now. Packaged well. It's frosty looking , not like a clear crystal if that's what you were all hoping for.My piece does have a rainbow in it, so I guess that's to say it is an authentic piece of crystal .Price, standard for a small piece.You can't grumble on a small stone.If you do, you didn't read the description above.I am pleased with my piece.Going to cleanse and clear it with a smudge stick as salt and water together damaged calcite.This piece will sit on my Altar for Mother Mary.Thankyou

The picture was a clear piece. I received a cloudy crystal. I would not have ordered had I known I was receiving a cloudy crystal. DO NOT BUY

The item was indeed a Calcite bomb, but was no where near as clear as the item in the photograph.
