LS BMW E46 Swap - Alternator and Power Steering Bracket Kit
- This kit uses Truck/SUV (or LS3/L99 Camaro) crank pulley ICT# BAL300
- Includes: bracket, idler pulley, and mounting hardware
- Can be used with standard (105amp) or high amp (145/160amp) LS Style alternators.
- Compatible with a factory BMW 323/325/328/330 E46 power steering pump and pulley. (19319300 & 32421740858)
- If needing to extend your alternator harness connection, use ICT# WEALT30-36 (4-pin) or WEALT40-36 (2-pin)
- Made in Wichita, Kansas from aerospace grade, USA produced, billet aluminum
- Direct Fit/ Compatible With BMW E46 Power Steering Pump
- Re-uses Factory Power Steering Hoses From Donor Vehicle For A Simple Install

First, the idler pulley right next to the power steering pump does not lineup and none of it lines up to the crank pulley. It’s all shifted out half an inch to an inch. I would not recommend it. It could work with some serious modification, but I was hoping for a bolt up option I’m very disappointed

Everything lined up perfectly on the first try. Way easier than trying to piece everything together and weld new brackets or swapping to a remote electric pump. Best part is I can still close my hood :)
