If used as instructed, this puller works perfectly. I have used it multiple times on a prop that is impossible to get off without a puller.

This prop puller is not a sturdy tool. The material is too soft and critical areas of the tool are vulnerable to failure. The bolt is too soft as well.

It's a low price tool and it did the job after I heated the prop. It started to bend when I wrenched it and I didn't think it would stand up to a whack with a hammer on the screw. For $50 and if your careful it will work, but I would use it under water with just torque force.

Have an old 87 Supra and used this to remove old prop. Took a little longer than expected but it worked fine.

I used one hand and a 12-inch long wrench to tighten the bolt in the tool. The tool’s steel is weak. As I tightened the screw, the tool bent and the propeller didn’t budge. The tool will probably work for some but it didn’t work for me.

I can usually find a way to not have-to buy a tool, but the prop on my v-drive system was stuck and wouldn't come off. I watched a video for the proper use of the prop removal tool and the process involved. I bit the bullet and bought the tool. It took some torque and some hammering, but the prop finally came off. The tool, the prop and the shaft were not harmed in the process. I was impressed! Without the tool I spent two days trying to remove the prop. With the tool, ten minutes!

Worked great. Job that was labeled as a pain by the propeller repair guy, took 10 minutes
