Can NOT draw water unless the output isn't connected to anything. Once it has water and is pumping doesn't shut off. At least not under 50 PSI. To adjust the pressure you have to take the front apart because the pressure is on the back side. Also the Factory has a 2 year warranty included but the only way you can contact them is through Amazon. They have no phone, web address or anyway to contact the for questions or problems. Try to look them up, you'll see why. Not worth it and I bet this review doesn't get posted.

I use this pump to supply water to my plants in a remote greenhouse. I don’t have a hose bib I can use during the winter months so I pump from 200 gallon water tank. Pump is powerful and works great for my purpose.

First it is fairly quiet. Like that. Not many reviews on this unit. Seems to be Shurflo OEM for knockoff for RVs considering it is identified by the same P/N. It is hard to find pumps ok for potable and food / beverages. 1/2 npt fittings NOK due to mold parting lines and poor threading. Had very hard time getting mating fittings to go on. Otherwise a very nice unit.
