- Soft exterior cover- Very light, will take it backpacking, where weight matters- Attached stuff bag- Very easy to blow up- Comes with a hot/cold pack. Too heavy for backpacking, but great for home- Hooks on the side to attach it to a camping mattress with elastic, although the elastic on the stuff bag is too short for thatThis is a keeper, would also be great for general travel

Very nice pillow for use at the beach or camping. I like that you can inflate it to your desired comfort level. Also like that when you’re inflating it the air does not come back out as you’re blowing it up. To let the air out you open up a second tab that lets it all out very quickly. Great design! Only took me about three blows to fill the whole thing. It’s also nice that it has elastic bands on it so you can strap it to a chair to keep it in place. The ice pack is a nice idea, but it will move around inside the opening. Overall, it feels like very good quality. Love how soft the pillow covering is.

This is an ok pillow. I personally would not use it for camping. I tried sleeping on it and moving my head creates a plastic crackle each time I move. The hot cold pack was an interesting idea and I only see that has being used when using the pillow for lumbar support. The pouch attached to the pillow makes me feel like it is something for the kids. As an adult that is not prone to loosing things, I would prefer a separate storage pouch. My number one issue is the fact that I cannot easily release a controlled portion of air form the pillow. Other similar pillows have a little button you can press to release a little air to make the pillow softer. I cannot do that with this one. All in all, this pillow works best as a lumbar support pillow.

This is a well made, durable looking inflatable pillow. You can easily vary the level of inflation. The sleeve for the included hot/cold pack is perfect for that type of usage too!

This pillow easily inflates and you can make softer or firmer with the amount of air you blow in through the valve. The outer layer is soft (velvety) for comfort and non-sliip. There are some clips on each end so you can attach to a chair, etc. Also comes with a hot/cold pack that can be inserted into the slit just under the outer layer. Valve also opens for quick deflating.Just roll/fold and insert into the pouch for storage and carrying. The pouch is attached to the pillow so you can’t lose it. This is a plus but also can be a negative because you can’t detach the pouch. Definitely usable for camping, car travel, kids sleepovers, etc.

For this one, I'm comparing to the Hikenture and Exped inflatable pillows. This isn't a bad pillow, but some features really don't make sense for what it is supposed to do. For actual weight, it is about the same as the Hikenture and twice the weight of the Exped. All of them take about 4 breaths to fill and are about the same inflated size. In the packed configuration, this is flatter than the Hikenture but probably occupies about the same volume and both are about twice the packed size of Exped. This has a cover that is comfortable but is not removable for washing. Of the three, this is my least favorite. If you're looking for a light weight inflatable camp pillow, you will be shocked, at first, by how heavy the box feels. Granted, I did not pay attention and wasn't expecting a hot/cold pack to come with this. Let's start with the hot/cold pack "feature". If you are looking for something that is small and light for camping/hiking, this flexible cold pack makes no sense. Sure, you can put it in a cooler, but hikers aren't carrying coolers and if it is hot enough that this seems like a good idea to help cool you down when sleeping, it'll be thawed and worthless even if starting the day with it fresh from the freezer. I don't get this thing. The pocket that it goes in, should you choose to use it, allows it to slide around between the pillow and the cover; I can see that becoming irritating pretty fast. What I'm going to do is throw the cold pack in a cooler when we're truck camping and have it on hand for first aid use.The carry bag for the pillow is attached and can be used with clips on the side of the pillow to try and strap this pillow to a sleep pad, but it doesn't really work. What we're going to do is cut the carry bag off, trim the plastic clips, install a larger elastic band on the clips, and just use one of the other small gear bags we've got for packing. Not really a fan of the non-removable cover; cleaning will be more difficult.Overall, this isn't bad, but it'll go into reserve kit status.

This one was intriguing… it does in fact do as advertised. It inflates easily with about 3 big breaths. I just used it for a two night camping trip and it stayed inflated the whole time. I do appreciate the cover, it’s a nice soft material and lessens the feeling of sleeping on plastic and air. I both love and dislike how it is attached to its stuff sack. I can’t lose it, but at times it feels like it’s in the way. The plastic clips on the side of the pillow and the elastic bands on the side of the sack are both confusing. I assume they are meant to help you fix the pillow to a chair, but I didn’t need them, nor did I figure out how to use them. The included hot/cold pack was a nice addition. There’s a slip pocket in the pillow case where you can slide it in. Another review I saw of this pillow said they didn’t see the point of it unless you have access to a cooler/freezer to keep it cold. I think since it (seems to be) gel inside, it’s nice simply because it’s always cooler than the air around it, it can at least take some heat off you even at room temp. All in all I have mixed feelings. If using for lightweight backpacking, I’d probably leave the gel pack at home and cut off the straps, bag, and clips to cut unnecessary weight. But as it is it’s still not bad. It depends on what you’re wanting to use it for. It does what it’s advertised to do and I was happy sleeping on it for two nights as opposed to a smooshed camping pillow.
