The tool broke off inside the head on the first cup I tried to pull. The 1/2" bolt the puller uses to effectively pull with, is compromised. Due to the hole that was drilled into it for pinning the bushing. There are whole YouTube videos about how hard it is to remove after it breaks. It's a known problem.

After seeing some videos of similar tools where thr bolt has snapped, I'd recommend just upgrading the bolt right away with a grade 8/10.9 style bolt.Luckily we had some bolts that fit in our inventory. Watch youtube for information on how to use these to remove the cups, there are no instructions included.The mandrel piece had some dings in the side but otherwise everything arrived in OK shape. The tap itself had no issues.
