Definitely increased power in my 2003 Acura 3.2 TL. Sounds amazing low rpms in 4th gear you can hear it sucking up air. Helped me keep my engine cool while increasing torque. At high rpms it sounds phenomenal, it even makes a whistle noise, my sister said it sounds like a rocket ship lol. Would buy again 💪🏻

I have a 2000 Honda acccord ex v6 3.0 and on here it says it fits. On the box it says it’s fits my car. But what they fail to tell you is that this thing has absolutely no wiggle room for anything. The rubber hose that connects to the throttle body.. loose as hell. The part where it connects to the metal intake… loose. Where it seats to the actual car with a bolt.. ridiculously out of place. Even the damn hose they supply for the intake to connect to the crank case is too small in both spots. Will have to go to autozone to get a 1/2 hose because they supply a 3/8 for some off reason. All around terrible purchase for the money and I’ve bought many cold air intakes in my life. Terrible.

Took about forty five minutes to install on my, 2001 Honda Accord V6 coupe. Installation difficulty was moderate (make sure you have a good socket wrench set) and the instructions leave MUCH to be desired if you don't have much mechanical know how. Just take your time and look at the instructions.For my car I had to buy after market hose clamps as the kit doesn't include them (uses pre-existing clamps) and the ones on my car didn't fit all the hoses.Once it was installed I can hear the difference when the car starts and shuts off. There is a very very mild hissing sound (sounds good) when you press on the gas. To most it will be unnoticeable but if it's your car you will pick up on it.Where this thing starts to shine is when you floor it. Once above 3k RPM's the VTECH kicks in and the car sounds like it's on a mission to kick some tail!As for mpg, I can't tell if there's been an increase or not. I had a similar intake on my 99 accord and that did help a little. But with my current engine it's fun hearing the VTECH suck up all that air so I'm probably wasting more fuel for the effect.Horse power, there is an increase. Not a whole lot but definitely noticeable (to all the naysayers a single horsepower is ONE horses worth of power added).I do not regret this purchase and am glad I put it in my ride. It's the easiest upgrade you can do by yourself. If nothing else the lifetime filter will pay for itself after a few years.So, if you want a meaner sounding car when you press on your gas, a slight increase to horsepower, and potential slight gain in fuel consumption, then this is the intake for you.

I was very very skeptical when I bought this, I read many places for the past few months that there's no power or mpg difference or any good reason to buy it. I bought it anyways because I hate the clutter of the stock air box. Installation easy as cake, looks awesome and seems to bbe built well (very simple object really). The things I love the most about it, the sound oh the sound, 3500+rpms sounds amazing,and surprisingly it feels a little more powerful, don't know if it's because it's louder it seems faster idk. For me the sound difference is enough to buy it along with the looks and cleanliness of the engine bay with it. I'm now motivated to hopefully do a complete exhaust overhaul to compliment the sound and performance. Good buy and love it, 210k miles and stI'll running fine, love my 98 accord v6, buy it you won't be sorry guys.

This product is amazing! Even comes with a little mounting device to ensure no rattle occurs. Premium product from a premium company! I have a Honda Accord V6 2002 and man does this sound amazing! It is the perfect sound level and when you drive normally you can make a discreet and seem like you don't have anything installed but as soon as you hit the gas down to the ground and hear that V-TEC roar it sounds beastly! Like a big block V8(In a good way) , I would recommend any one who has the car. No negative downsides to this product at all. All positives and all senors are taken care of accordingly. No check engine just a better breathing engine, more power and response time and in theory better MPG which I haven't tested but even without the better MPG this thing is worth it 100%! What are you waiting for? BUY THIS THING AND INSTALL IT NOW!!(No i don't work for any company just a satisfied customer and loving this piece of equipment!)My first review on Amazon and many more to come!

I ordered this product last Friday, and it got here Wednesday afternoon, so I am plenty happy with the shipping speed. The product came in an undamaged box, the packaging was solid, not just crumpled newspaper. Everything was wrapped and separate. The quality was magnificent even down to the vacuum hose included. Everything was top quality, as is always expected from Injen. The install went smoothly, except for the coupler to the throttle body being a bit long and pushing on the upper vacuum hose nipple. I just cut out a little notch and it slid right into place. I definitely noticed a power increase and throttle response. The biggest difference you will notice is the sound. Now, I have installed intakes on many cars before, and they usually have a bit of a rumble added. This one however, on the J30 motor, ROARS when at VTEC. Not kidding, it sounds like a muffled aftermarket exhaust. Haha I love it! I give it 5 solid stars! I must add that the intake I received did NOT come with a CARB tag. However, simply go to [...], and follow the instructions, and they will send you one. This is only necessary if you didn't receive the sticker, and if you need the CARB tag.
