Received the headlights in the mail.Plugged them into a traxxas receiver and nothing didn't work .... I tried different rc truck receiver with the same result nothing .... unfortunately a waist of money ....

One of the light started flashing after 2 hours… sad since they looked great. Had to open them and change the led chipsets to save the housings

These are a bit fragile, and cover may need to be glued at some point, but overall nice. If you need scale lights mostly for the look, these are very fine. If you need real lighting for night RC'ing, I strongly doubt that these do, unless you install like 10 or more. Look for 1 Watt LED if you need real lighting for night time RC.

Too big for 1/10th depending on "1/10th" vehicle, they would look fine on a trx-4 high trail since its bigger. They are made weird though, where light can bleed through the backing on them in 4 spots. Not sure why they were designed this way but looks cool other than being too big and rear housing having holes that bleed lots of light. My bad for not paying attention to size, didn't factor that into rating.

For the price ($10) These look great for scale look and brightness. However, they are not functionally bright. They work between 5-12V but are not good as functional running lights. They are useless at night on the road. The LED elements themselves are bright but diffuser lenses are killing any usable throw

I bought 3 sets of these. After mounting them a new trx4 defender,they looked good,bright to. Latter I decided to drive around the living room. I noticed 2 went out, while driving it back to check,4 more just quit working. I checked the connection,all good, check to make sure the reciever was ok, checked fine. I unplugged the wiring from the reciever and plugged in multiple other lights,all worked. I removed the lights,tested on another rc, nothing but one works. It's not worth the hassle of returning them and waiting for ever. I guess I'll find new LEDs to put in them.
