I’ve set this up in my basement and found it works well, the quality is good for the price, only thing that’s lacking is it would have been nice if it came with more than one hanging hook already built into the provided rope to hang it

Very durable head movement bag for the price. Side note- please don't punch it, it's for head movement only. If your looking to mix in strikes with your head movement, get a reflex bag.

me gustó se siente de muy bueno material y ya viene listo para usarse, la cuerda es suficientemente larga para ajustarla a la altura deseada, es pequeña por si se esperan una pera grande, no se sorprendan, pero es de buen tamaño para entrenar.
