I purchased this for my ten year old and like that it is adjustable. Him and his friends are really enjoying it and it is standing up well - Super fun they say!For an adult, it would likely meet fitness training needs but fall short with a fighter workout - could work on technique and timing, but watch the powerI recommend it

Welds were not completed, poor workmanship. However, the rest of the unit seems well built.Numerous issues point to it likely being like a returned product, not a new one (scratches, chips, poor packing that can’t explain all the scratches and chips, wrinkled instruction papers, some surface rust & broken item).If it weren’t for the issues listed herein with my unit (which doesn’t seem unique to me), I would recommend the product. It seems quite good and solid otherwise.

Overall happy with this product. Need to really tighten the screws that adjust the height. Hitting it after some time loosens it. I might just weld it cause I don’t care to adjust the height. Mounted it on a wooden pillar in the backyard

I been training mix material arts for quite a while. INNOLIFE Boxing Spinning Bar Wall Mounted MMA Speed Trainer with Dual Punching Ball it is great as it is. However, I went one step closer to improve it even more, about which for some reason no one has thought before that you can add something very useful to it. It is a great accessory for my costume gym equipment. My final review after testing this couple weeks you won’t be disappoint it . Buy it.

I've poured extra money into this item to try to make it functional. The unit comes with hardware for concrete walls, but not drywall. Tried to install but it was too heavy. Tried buying a patio umbrella stand, galvanized pipe and coupler to make it a freestanding unit, but its still too top heavy and leans. The bolt for the speed bag loosens after only a few punches and has to continue to be tightened. I'll probably donate to charity as its too late to return.
