first off... dont waste your money on the bag at the top.... it's absolutely useless and you will rarely if ever use it.... I just took it off. secondly.. it's not meant to hit hard. it is very good for what it's for.... developing ducks and slips.

Absolutely love this training tool. I'm an up and coming Amateur MMA fighter and due to COVID I had to start training at home and this baby has been helpful. I've seen other brands but decided to give this one by Inolife a go. Its very sturdy and honestly really fun to work with. The spin bar is well padded so it doesn't really hurt it catches you. perfect for reflexes and counter shots.I've been using this for a good 2 weeks, I will update this in a few months to see how it holds up. Like any other product, take care of it and it will last.

I like the product but it didn’t last two months. I have used it everyday, the bolt on the end under the upholstery came out. I know this because while boxing I hit the bar and it shot out of the upholstery then I went to put it back in and the threads are damaged.
