I use my InstaPot a lot! And to have additional pots to use when cooking several things is idea! Buy as many as you think you need! You will not regret it!

Way better than the stock pot you get with pressure cooker. Easier to clean even if your pressure cooker screws up and burns the living hell out of your food or if you pick too much time..mine fit great in my instapot, don't know about other brands...

I purchased a couple of extra pots for my small Instant Pot. I love them. The non stick coating makes cleaning up a breeze and it also prevents burned food from sticking to the bottom when using the InstantPot in Saute mode, which is helpful in preventing the Burn Notice from stopping your pressure cooking cycle (which I have had a couple of times when using the standard pot). It's useful to have a couple of extra pots in rotation, so that if you just cooked a meal and want to leave the machine to make yogourt for a few hours, you don't have to first clean the pot, or wait for the pot to cool before you clean and use it again. It's thick and great quality. It fits the extra lids that I also purchased. Another fantastic InstantPot product!

Rice stick badley to my stainless steel regular pot. The SS is great for everything else. I saw this reviewed on You Tube and had to try it myself. Yup - problem solved. Nonstick pot does rice up a treat and is of course good for other things as well. I use both pots now.

Pros:Versatile Use: Works well for pot-in-pot cooking, reheating, and defrosting, fitting perfectly in mini–Instant Pot. A good addition to cook specially rice and other food that sticks to the default stainless steel potEasy to Clean: Non-stick coating makes clean-up effortless, reducing the risk of food sticking and burning.Durable and High Quality: Sturdy construction, fits well with instant Mini Instant Pot model, and offers excellent performance.Cons:Not Easy to Clean: Initial cooking found it challenging to clean, especially after cooking sticky foods and eventually got better on repeated use with foods with oil. Update :01/02 the non-stick is not that great and food sticks.. If i were to buy again i would go with the original stainless steel pot instead of this nonstick

This thing can be wiped clean, if you do it right after cooking. I use this with my Instant Pot at least three times a week, sometimes four, depending on how low I am on pre-cooked meals. If I'm cooking something back to back, I usually don't even bother to clean it, I just wipe it out with a paper towel and load in the next batch of food to be cooked. I often switch from lentils to rice, and only need a damp paper towel to get the lentil fragments off the sides and bottom. There is some wear on the bottom on the outside, where the paint has rubbed off; however, as far as I can tell this has not affected the function in any way.As a note, I have only ever used plastic, or silicone cooking utensils.I couldn't imagine how much I'd have to struggle trying to clean the stainless steel pot that came with the instant pot. I just don't have time for that.

This is the best way to cook rice in the instant pot. It's not quite as non-stick as a traditional rice cooker, but then there's no teflon coating to flake or release fumes (harmful to birds, incidentally!) Feels well made, has resisted scratches so far - wouldn't want to put a stick blender in it though.
