Had a cel come on for the exhaust cam position out of spec. These are really easy to replace on the GM 2.4L. Took about 15mins to do the job. Light off and passed inspection no problem at all. Still going good after 4mos of everyday driving and a 700 mile round trip for family vacation this summer. I recommend changing your oil when doing this job. Lot of times these go bad because of the screens getting clogged and starving them of oil.

My very trusted mechanic quoted me over $400 to do what I did for the cost of these two solenoids. They fit perfectly and immediately stopped the hesitation and stalling. I would recommend this simple job to anyone with the same problem and a socket wrench.
