This carburetor boot was not a exact fit, I had to drill out the bolt holes to a larger size

Says it fits 03 Polaris Trailblazer 250 and it doesn't. Very tiny bolt holes and the clamp doesn't open enough to get it on the carb.

It worked out well. But the carb sucks. Sent the wrong one two times. It was to be a 32mm and the one they sent was 34mm.

This fits, BUT MUST BE MODIFIED first. The through holes are too small (7.5 mm) for the bolts (7.83 mm) that the Polaris Xplorer 250 uses.You’ll have to drill them out. I used an 11/32nds bit which measures roughly 8.6 mm.Other than that, product works fine.

perfect size! the only thing I had to do is re-drill the holes for the bolts because they were a little snug but other than that saved me $ so I'm happy.
