This is not clear enough that you need to purchase an air pump in order to inflate this.

Do not be fooled. This product stated in the instructions that it may lose air and need refilling occaisonally during the break-in period. After 2 months, it is clear to me that this product simply does not stay inflated without the need for air refills...sometimes multiple times in a single day. By the time I reached out for a refund, they said the refund window was closed....all because I tried to let the product get past the "break in" period. Avoid this product at all costs...the same goes for the seller. They do not stand behind this product, or the misleading instructions specifically asked me not to reach out to customer support.

Just got it a week ago. Took me about 45 minutes to pump up the couch by hand. Comfortable just gotta fill it again after a couple days because the material stretches. Took the ace of two couches in my living room. Could only fit one of the single seaters but both super comfortable. Would recommend a cover of some sort as they get kinda cold to sit on in the winter times.

I had very high regard with Intex products earlier, but I am now disappointed with Intex product purchased. The complete is sectional sofa is useless. In one of the sectional lounges sitting sofa, in spite of putting patch twice on the affected hole area (which I don't know how it came up), the air is still coming out and this main section is currently useless. Also attached is single sitting sofa in which the sofa is deformed into a different shape. This is also useless now. I have attached image for ready reference.

At the end of the day, it’s a blow up couch. It’s not perfect but suited our needs and is durable. Two little ones terrorized it and I thought it wouldn’t be able to hold up. I stand corrected. I would certainly recommend it.

This purchase was a very good investment. A lot of people think that they are going to be uncomfortable but they are. Super comfy and amazing. Customer service has been a lot of help. They have helped me with any little problem with my sectional and lounge chairs. I had to replace one lounge chair because one of the plungers to keep the air in was not on all the way. But they sent a replacement right away. I haven’t had any other issues. They have been amazing 😁. Thank you for reading

I got rid of my old furniture when I ordered new furniture. What I didn’t realize was that it would take several weeks to get my new furniture. This was a full size couch and two chairs that were actually comfortable while waiting. Now it’s packed away and when the holidays come we will set it up again when we have extra family over. It’s a nice set.
