The sealant is pretty easy to apply. It is liquid in consistency, and it dries clear, so you can barely see it against most materials. I used it to seal a few small leaks around my windows and in my bathroom; it really formed a very good, watertight seal. One feature it boasts in great abundance is versatility works on most of the materials that I use, that is, wood, metal, glass, and plastic. It has also been an excellent insulator, keeping moisture out and further damage at bay.After its application, the sealant has proven to be strong and reliable in resisting both rain and humidity. I also like it for the fact that it resists many different conditions of weather, thus suitable for applying it in both indoors and outdoors.Overall, I highly recommend it as it is an excellent waterproofer and insulator, so easy to apply, and dries crystal clear, making it an A+ choice for any sealing need!

I got this to seal around an exterior electrical outlet cover. The cover is white and this has dried very clear so it's not noticeable. It's not as easy to apply as using a caulking gun. I used a Qtip for the first application and a nail for the second. I think the nail worked better. I never have good luck with tube sealer after the first use since it dries out and clogs the top of the tube. This sealer is in a jar that has an interior cap inside the jar lid so I'm hoping it will stay pliable while being stored. For my single use so far this product has done the job.
