Moved into apartment and I have 2 dogs. Bought air cleaner to avoid problems. Cleaner arrived and unpacked it to find the cleaner and a USB cable but no plug to connect it to electrical socket. Had to purchase one in order to use it. Had planned to buy an additional one, but won't .

I have been using these little air purifiers for 5 months and I'm very happy with them. I use one by my bed and I travel with one and use one in our camper. It's just quiet enough you hardly notice it. It sits nicely on my bedside table and takes up no more room than a glass would.

Lights is on but the fan doesn’t run. The box is damaged, it was obviously used and returned before. The only return method is mailing, you can’t drop it at Kohl’s or Whole Foods
