These shoes look great and make it easy to flip through gears without much trouble. They do come up past the ankle but I wouldn't expect any protection there.The soles are not good for much aside from riding. I figured I could walk around in these shoes like they're normal, but even a little rain makes you slide and you have no grip. Wet floor signs are guaranteed to be nerve wracking when wearing these. And don't get me started on having to push a bike up any kind of wet driveway, forget it.As far as fit, the sizing seems pretty on point. After breaking them in, they're pretty comfortable, and the zipper and velcro makes them super easy to get on and off in a flash. They styling makes them easy to wear casually. If the sole were just a little better, these would be great to wear out anywhere.

Way too big and wide. Tried 2 different sizes. They look like decent quality, but I can't comment on it because I didn't walk or ride with them. Felt like gigantic clown-shoes on me. They are very large.

The pictures show that the zipper is nylon and did not last three years before it was a problem. I was able to get the zipper free and I wore them again making sure not to tie them too tight. The tear happened after the fourth time I wore them. And the zipper again blew out the next time I put them on.I wrote two emails to customer service and got no response. I then reached out via their chat which isn't manned and I only received some automated response asking me to hold on for a few minutes. It's been a half hour now.....nothing.I may have torn the shoe and I realize that but the zipper issue is just poor quality. And there is no excuse for not responding.

I thought these were going to be lace ups every single time takeoff and putting on and I thought they were gonna be bulky and heavy and it’s none of that. It’s awesome. I love these shoes. It even has a discreet zipper down the side of the shoe that opens it up you can take these off in less than 15 secondsThey look awesome they feel awesome
