This cover was an exact replacement for the 42" board that came with my house. It was definitely helpful that I had the old cover still on the board to guide installation of the new one, but I also thought the online visual instructions were easy to follow.

Fit’s perfectly. If your ironing board is this brand, this is what you want. We bought a house with an in-wall Handi-Press ironing board that had a badly worn and scorched cover and pad. This as an exact replacement and we couldn’t happier. It’s like new.

Perfect fit for our 27 year old built in. We should have installed a new one a few years back, but this one looks to be as good as the original. The replacement fits perfectly. The whole installation including the board is something my wife adores - says it reminds her of the one in the house where she grew up, inculding fond memories of her mom using the same. Wonderful!

The pad and cover arrived quickly. The directions were straight forward. The best piece of advice I could give is to look at your old pad before you remove it to see how it was installed, and make mental notes when you remove it. The directions made perfect sense then, and the steps were simple to follow. The old pad had been almost 20 years old, so I'm hoping this one will last that long as well.

Yes, the replacement cover fit, and with the help of the pictures provided on-line, I was able to install it. I would have given it a 5 star if there had been elastic instead of a string around the edge. When pulling the string tight, I was concerned that I might break the string if I pulled too hard.
