Unlike heavy welding gloves, these kidskin gloves are thin, really soft, but very sturdy. I use them for yard work when chainsawing and dealing with prickly palo verde & pyracantha branches and they perform well. And the extra length protects my wrists from those nasty branches. I purchased several pair to have in different locations around my property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I love these gloves. They are sleek and very comfortable and AFFORDABLE. I've been using the same gloves for stick and mig welding and they have holes but it's nothing tape can fix. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these gloves for beginner welders.

Got this at a great price and used it for cutting steel. Good protection for the hand.

I would recommend going up a size in these though. I normally wear a size Lrg in Tillman gloves and a lrg in this brand is super tight. Too tight for me to wear them and weld in them. Also one of the fingers had a tight piece of thread inside it like the seam was off. It made that finger hole almost impossible to get your finger in.

These gloves are decent, they aren't great and I wouldn't purchase them if you plan on welding every day with them. The stitching isn't the best just from looking at them, I'm 100% sure they wouldn't stand up to daily use. They are soft and allow good movement, which is what tig gloves should be. I will weld with these once a month or so, so they should last me a good while. I got them on sale for pennies basically; if they were more expensive I wouldn't give them 4 stars, more like 3.

I use them strictly for TIG welding. They are comfortable and fit very well making it very easy to manipulate the fill rod. I wouldn't use them for lifting or any other jobs that would require work gloves. They are not heavy enough for that. They are made solely for TIG.

Got these to teach my son how to weld. I didn't buy him an expensive pair because who knows how long he'll be interested in it. But, these are pretty nice. Fit him good and have decent feel. For the price, can't beat it.

They are for 40$,... just Rawhide gloves, thin and poorly resisting to wet environnement. Well, they are sold for welding and not for rough work. Being sowed with Kevlar tread shall not make them 14 can $ more expensive than the similar quality sold at my local wearhouse. I suggest to invest a little more and by a durable pair if you are an active grumpy, DIY as I'm . :) Denis Beaulieu Pohénégamook Qc., Canada.

I knew these were cheap but I had hoped to get a month or two out of them, not even close. After less than 30 minutes of welding and pulling the gloves on and off a few times to reposition my work piece the cuff on one glove started to tear (see pics). The gloves are a good fit and not overly tight so I did not have to do any extreme pulling on the cuffs to get them on.They are comfortable and soft for TIG welding and do have a nice feel. But... I would not recommend these gloves for any welding at any price. Even at a little over 10 bucks a pair they're a waste of money.Edit: When I first posted the review I missed the stitching coming out. Picture added.

Doubt that they will last long. I misunderstood and thought 2pcs meant 2 pair but apparently it means 2 gloves. I’m sure there are way better quality gloves in this price range.

Decent glove. Quite thin so you have to be careful with them but still heat resistant enough. The "fur" on the inside sticks to your hand like crazy but thats the only downside ive found so far. Good for the price.
