Please, for the love of God do not order anything from these people!!!! They overcharged me for shipping which was $150. I’m in the process of sending it back and it was only about $78. The bike ride is horrible and the battery did not work. Rather than making a return easy I’ve been spending the past week and a half trying to get this adjusted. It’s just another cheap manufacturer from China scamming us. I may be out of $500 messing with these people as you can see in the picture I have a time stamped. I charged it numerous times and the battery doesn’t work. Save yourself the headache. Do you know how difficult it is boxing and packaging a bike to mail off to Texas and paying out of pocket in the hopes that you even get your money back?

This bike is so cool! I’m 6’1”, so I needed a bike with plenty of leg room. This step through provides plenty of space, as well as comfortably moving me around. I especially enjoy the pedal assist function. The instructions are well written and easy to incorporate.

We walked for 30 mins going to work but with this ebike we can just take a 7-10mins. Very convenient. Easy to use. Battery works great! Love it!

We had some issues with the display. The customer service was really good, after a few days we got a new display! The bike works well.

I've just been out on the bike a couple of times, but really like it so far. I like the size of it - I'm 5'2" tall and have the seat and handle bars adjusted to the lowest position. Seat is about 32 inches (84 cm.) from the ground. I can pretty much put my feet on the ground when stopped.The bike came well packaged. Assembly was fairly quick and easy. All tools necessary for assembly were in the tool kit that came with it. I did not put the front cargo rack on at this time as I don't really need it and I knew it would probably get in the way when I was loading and unloading the bike from my car.I am able to put the bike into the back of my 2015 Kia Soul when the back seat is folded down. I use the little wrench for tightening the handle bars to loosen them and turn them when loading and while the bike is in my car and then put them back in position once I unload it. Very convenient. I checked into bike racks for e-bikes and they are pretty expensive so being able to fit it into the Kia is a big plus.Weight of the bike is supposed to be about 66 pounds. Without the front cargo rack, it's probably about 63 pounds. I remove the battery before loading the bike into my car -- the battery is supposed to weight about 8 pounds, so removing the battery makes the bike weigh around 55 pounds -- so easier to load.So far, I've just driven it on some fairly rough logging roads -- a lot of loose stone and bumpy. The tires are knobby and gripped well on the loose stone and exposed rock on the road. I was thinking it might feel bumpy on a rough road as it doesn't have front shocks on the forks, but actually, it rides pretty nice on the 3 inch tires. The seat is comfortable too.I haven't driven it very fast -- the places where I will be riding it are not the kind of places that you would ride fast. Lots of up and down over small hills with a lot of loose stone. However, it seems to have lots of power -- I will never need to use as much power as I know it can put out. I actually find that just using the pedal assist gives me lots of power and speed, but if I was riding on a nice flat bicycle trail, I might use the throttle.The controls are easy to use - fairly intuitive. Battery is easy to remove to charge - or you could charge it in the bike. It comes with 2 keys for switching the power on or unlocking the battery for removal.All in all, it seems like a nice bike -- seems sturdy. The price was right. I'll try to do a follow up review after I've had more time to ride it.

I am getting use to it but the rack at front not turning with wheel is strange and I thought the bike would fit me better because of 20 inch wheels still a bit to tall

The bike easy to assemble and rides smoothly, and has a little zip to it. Definitely a good for commutes to the store or wherever you want to go and battery life has been good on it. I rode 9 miles and still good battery life on it.

I have a higher end e-bike that cost me more than twice the price of this bike. I needed a 2nd bike so my husband could ride with me on excursions. This bike matched up very closely in its specifications to my original e-bike. It came folded up in a box and in all honesty, the hardest part was getting it out of the box and unwrapping it. The only parts that needed installation were the handle bars and the seat. I used this bike for a couple weeks now and it is a lot of fun. It is zippy, handles very steep hills very well and the battery seems to last when riding. I also like that this bike can be put in “cruise” mode in which I don’t need to hold the throttle to propel myself. The only major difference between this bike and my more expensive one is that I have shocks on my original bike which handle the bumps of the road much more smoothly. The digital speedometer and battery meter are a plus on this bike as it’s so easy to see. I have no reservations about writing a positive review of this product as it is a great bike!
