Couch is very uncomfortable, cushions are hard. Also arrived late, I requested a refund within refund policy. The seller denied my refund. I would not recommend buying.

My order arrived within 3 days, in one shipment. The sofa is super spacious, and firm, but comfy for lounging, def get the chaise; the brown looks more like a taupe-grey but I like that even more, very happy with the purchase

Becareful opening boxes the plastic pops open quick. Such a great addition to my apartment and super comfortable and easy to rearrange! It’s a lower Japanese style couch so keep that in mind:)! Family and friends all fit comfortable and they love it! Pet friendly and scratch proof! Best price for this large on the market for sure;)

This couch is the best the price can offer. Firm, very large and a deep sitting. 6-7 people can sit on the is couch comfortably. Easy assembly and well worth the money. If this couch was in the store, they will easily charge 5 thousand for this set.

Ok, so. I do LOVE THIS COUCH.This is my tenth couch over the years, I generally go for looks over comfort, however, I was able to get both with this item.1. Incredibly comfortable2. Super deep set (a family of four can lay down comfortably)4. very modern, looks like a bunch of square cushions put together. (Which is a look I love)5. People don’t seem to like the lowness of the couch, but I love that. I dig the ultra modern, minimalist look.One thing I’m not a fan of:***1. The color is a faded black, and is a visible contrast with all my other black items(But, it is still black and still in the black family of colors)** in a nutshell, the faded black bothers me. But, I love the couch so much that I am accepting it.5 stars!

Very comfortable sofa. Love the over sized arms and seats. Def makes for a cozy sofa. We added 5 inch feet on all the pieces which makes it easier to get on and off. The original feet are less than 2 inches which makes it very low to the floor(If you don’t mind that then you are good as is.)Minus 1 star due to shipping with fedex and in 3 different orders. Got 3 pieces within 4 days of ordering then the next week we got the other 2. (We didn’t know that it was separate orders untill we reached out to the seller in which they were responsive and gave a us the tracking orders).Easy to put together.We added a few extra pillows to make it more like a bed than a sofa when both ottomans are together😉.Overall great purchase.

I searched all over Amazon for a couch similar to this and waited and waited trying to decide if this was the one. I pulled the trigger and I’m so glad I did. This was a GREAT buy honestly. It’s huge and the depth is nice especially for two decent sized people. It’s probably a bit on the firmer side but not overwhelming. I am a couch sleeper and I have slept on this thing almost every night since I got it. I got the double with the single ottoman due to space constraints. I’d love to see the U shape or big L sectional version. 10/10 recommended! White was a scary buy but it turned out really clean and nice. Came in separate shipments so just keep and eye out and don’t worry. Seller was great to work with when I reached out about it!

We’ve had this couch for a couple months now and we love it so far. Be prepared for assembly. There is a lot of plastic wrap, plywood, etc. and you will need an open area. Be careful when cutting the straps that it doesn’t not rebound and hit you. It was easy enough to assemble but you definitely need 2 people and someone strong enough to muscle the fabric over the bottom of the couch to secure it to the Velcro. Some of the holes that are pre drilled on the couch for the arms are not in the correct spots. This can be worked around but did leave us scratching our heads for a while. Not sure if this is an issue with every couch or just the one we received.The quality is fantastic and we love that ALL of the fabric is removable to be washed. That’s a big deal for us with 3 pets. The fabric is also scratch resistant if you have cats. The cushions are extremely plush and firm. It feels like this couch will never sink because it is foam, there are no springs. If you avoid feather filling, know that this couch does have feathers. It’s not mentioned anywhere in the listing and had I known that originally, I may have reconsidered. We regularly pull out small feathers that poke out from the fabric.All in all, we’re very happy with the purchase and having this couch has made a massive difference in our everyday lives.
