A: Three Expansion Battery Pack 1000 Plus can be connected to an Explorer 1000Plus at most.

Q2: What is the life expectancy?

A: It is rated for 4000 full charge cycles. At that point, you will have approximately 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually decline from that point onwards.

(It's important to clarify that the battery isn't limited to only 4000 cycles. Within those 3000 cycles, the unit can deliver its optimal performance. However, it may not perform at its best after 4000 cycles due to internal wear and tear.)

Q3: Is Expansion Battery Pack 1000 Plus also compatible with the Explorer 2000?

A: No, Expansion Battery Pack 1000 Plus can only be used with the Explorer 1000 Plus.

A perfect addition to the Jackery 1000 Plus. Easy to use, Build quality is def there. More than enough power for my needs. The size and weight are comparable to others. For the money, you get what you pay for. Will last a very very long time !

I have the battery pack connected to the Jackery 1000 plus and it isn’t recognized and won’t charge. I have tried unplugging and re plugging it. I confirmed that the “B” end of the cable is plugged into the B outlet and the same with the “A”. Nothing helps
