The box came a bit beat up. There were very minor chips to the tip of the headstock. I plugged her in and she played great. After a short time, I can say she plays smooth with a bright, crunchy tone. I can't keep my hands off of her 💜

Damage to the headstock made this bittersweet. Not sure why it didn’t have a foam piece on the tip as most new Jackson Guitars do... Nice scratch from fret 11-12 too. Don’t trust the new product label. Most likely repackaged and sold that way for profit.Also, photos attached. The scratch is not something that would have been caused by shipping considering there were 3 boxes worth of protection and no holes in that area.I will update this if I have some kind of correspondence with the seller to keep everyone updated, as of right now, I do not recommend.Amazon helped with a refund for the damage. That occurred. Other than that works great. 4 stars.

Extremely happy with this purchase, was considering getting the pro, decided to give the Jackson pickups a shot and I was not disappointed, very crisp, clear, no hum. Great action, easy to play, shipper included a touque in the box, delivered quickly.

Beautiful guitar with brilliant color, but being an instrument, I expected it to be played right out of the box. Unfortunately the guitar was not set up properly as it came with a dead fret (2nd fret, high E) so I'll need to spend time & $ to have someone set it up.
